Late Fees will be applied August 15th at 3:30pm.
2025 ANNUAL PROPERTY AND UNIT INSPECTION
September 8 – 10th U.S. Inspection Group will be here to inspect the condition of our buildings, all units and the site in general.
This inspection could last until Thursday depending on the number of units inspected per day.
You are not required to be present for this inspection. However, your front screen door MUST remain unlocked during the timeframe for the inspections.
Housekeeping/hoarding is also an inspection item that will be noted by the contractor and provided to the Housing Authority. If your unit fails for either of these reasons the Housing Authority may terminate your lease.
