REQUEST FOR QUOTES
INTERIOR APARTMENT PAINTING
The Housing Authority of Murray is accepting flat-rate quotes for the complete interior repainting (labor & sundries only) of vacant apartment units ranging from studios to 4-bedrooms. The owner will supply all paint.
A City of Murray business license, proof of liability/workers’ comp insurance, and client references are required with submission.
Site walkthroughs are available by request only. Please contact Stacy Clere at 270-752-0270 for scheduling until July 29, 2026. More information can be found at www.phamurray.org on the Procurement page, requesting by email, or available at the main office.
Sealed or emailed quotes must be received by August 3, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Submit quotes to the Housing Authority of Murray, Attn: Faye Dodd, 716 Nash Drive, Murray, KY 42071, or via email to [email protected].
