ATTENTION ALL RESIDENTS
When contractors are on-site, please allow them to complete their work without interruption or interference.
Residents should not approach, distract, question, or otherwise interfere with contractors while they are performing their job duties.
This includes lawn care, gutter work and tree trimming.

REMINDER
It is a serious violation of your lease to leave your assistance animal and/or pet tied to the porch posts or the handrails.
You are required to be with them at all times. Dog bites tend to happen when no one is watching them outside.
Repeated violations of this policy will result in lease termination or removal of the animal from the property.
Kentucky state law requires up-to-date rabies shots for dog. Non-compliance with this law is also a lease violation.
The Housing Authority is not responsible for the actions of the animal or their vaccination status.

Online Payments
Housing Authority of Murray has teamed up with RentPayment to offer you an
additional way to pay your rent. This is just an added option. You can still pay using
a check or money order by mail or drop box.
Follow these instructions to setup your account:
1. Go to https://portal.rentpayment.
2. Click 'Setup Account'
3. Search property: Property name is: Housing Authority of Murray
4. Select your street or enter your 5 digit Account Number (this can be found on your statement)
5. Click ‘Continue'
6. Create a secure login and password (write this down so you will have it in case you need it)

Applications are also available at the Housing Authority of Murray office (716 Nash Drive) from 9 am to 3 pm.
Deadline to apply is September 10th at 3 p.m.
